  4. Receipts and OCR

    Receipt images and OCR results are stored with the transaction. OCR may run on device or through secure processing depending on your platform and settings.

    The website uses minimal analytics to understand usage. You can opt out of analytics within the app settings where available.

  6. Cloud sync and backups

    Optional backups and sync services (such as Google Drive or iCloud) are enabled only when you choose them. You are responsible for safeguarding exported files.

    Your data remains in the Service until you delete it or remove the app. Backups remain until you delete them from your storage provider.
